1.7. These Terms do not limit or remove consumer rights established under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. Formation of the Purchase and Sale Agreement

2.2. Each agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the Seller’s records in accordance with applicable law.
2.3. The Seller has the right not to confirm or to cancel an order if:
- the Buyer provided incorrect or incomplete information;
- the Seller is unable to contact the Buyer;
- the ordered products are no longer in stock;
- there is a reasonable suspicion of unlawful payment or fraud;
- incorrect information about the product, price, or availability was displayed in the online store due to a technical error.

3. Products and Product Information
3.1. The products offered in the online store are electrolyte powders and other related consumer goods.
3.2. The Seller aims to ensure that all product information is accurate, clear, and useful, but is not responsible for minor discrepancies in information caused by technical reasons.

4.4. The Buyer pays for the products using the payment methods offered in the online store.
4.5. If payment is not completed, the Seller has the right to treat the order as not having been placed or not to fulfill it.
5. Delivery
5.1. Products are delivered using the delivery methods and within the timeframes specified in the online store.

6.5. The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product, except where a defective product is being returned or where the Seller indicates otherwise.

7.3. Consumer rights related to defective products are exercised in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. VVTAT also states that products are subject to a statutory 2-year guarantee for quality defects, so this right is not the same as a 14-day return for a change of mind.
7.4. In cases where the nature of the product is perishable, or the defect is related to improper storage, use, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, the Seller has the right to assess all factual circumstances before deciding whether the claim is justified.

10.3. The Seller is not liable for disruptions in the operation of the online store if they did not arise through the Seller’s fault.
10.4. The Seller is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the product, improper storage, use other than as intended, individual sensitivity to product ingredients, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10.5. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights granted under mandatory provisions of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11. Protection of Personal Data
